Avon Be Blushed Cheek Color
For years I've used powder blush, mineral blush and gel blush with so-so results. Never wanting to try stick blush as I'd heard bad things about how it streaked, faded and didn't blend well at all, I never gave it a second thought.
Enter Avon and their summer cosmetic sale (yes I'm a sucker what can I say), dipping my toes into something different I purchased the Blushing Nude shade as the most natural choice for summer wear.
Avon Be Blushed Cheek Color has a light powder/cream consistency that blends very well when applied it to moisturized skin. I liked what I saw and felt as It blended on smoothly and looked very natural, kind of lit from within. Having combination skin I was surprised the color lasted all day and I only had to touch up a bit just as a refresher before heading out for a quick bite with the hubby. I've since purchased the Golden Rose, a pretty glowy but not sparkly subtle pink shade. a bit more glam for evening but everyday wearable as well. As a foundation I wear Bare Minerals and this applies easily over it, I haven't had any problems with blendability.
This blush may not be for everybody, especially if you have very very oily skin or very very dry skin but, for the price of $8.00 for a large tube which can often be found on sale for about $5.99, you may want to try it. I've read other reviews that compare this to Estee Lauder and Bobbie Brown's stick blush (they are the same company by the way) and how they've had better results at a much better price. I use mine almost daily and it has never once caused my skin to have issues or breakouts, it also looks great on bare skin as well.
