I am not a fan of Avon lipsticks but this one is pretty good! Avon says: 2X the Retinol for smoother-than-ever lips. Retinol is formulated to minimize wrinkles and boost collagen so lips appear more full & lush.

In 24 shades, both shimmery, glossy, and matte, this lipstick glides on smooth and is highly pigmented. The shades range from very light to very deep in every shade range. The lipstick makes my lips very smooth and soft and has no tingle or burn like other lip plumpers. It doesn't plump like most other plumpers either though. Still, my lips look fuller because of the rich, full color and the high shine. The lipstick lasts quite a while on my lips and wears away slowly. It's cheap at $2.99 on sale (Regularly $8.00). Like I said, it doesn't plump noticeably but it is still a good, rich lip color that flatters my lips.

My Viewpoint

As much as I am not a fan of Avon, this lipstick is actually quite good and very reasonably priced. There are tons of shades to choose from nearly nude to very deep. Although it doesn't plump much, it does smooth and hydrate the lips and gives me a full mouth of flattering color. I have to go with 4 stars for this. It's a great value.
