Cancelling the Appointment With the Plastic Surgeon

Overall
Rated 5 out of 5

Every woman has the one spot on her body that she watches as it slowly ages, gets bigger, or falls. For me, it's more than one spot, but a particular spot that was bothering me was my eyelids that were beginning to droop down far too much. If my upper lids were already drooping so much that they were nearly touching my lashes at 44, what were my eyes going to look like when I was 60 or 70? Sharing my concerns with my hair stylist one day, she shared one of her beauty secrets, Avon Anew Clinical Eye Lift.I see my local Avon rep every week over drinks, and quite frankly, it's probably one of the reasons my eyes were looking the way they did. The very next time I saw her, I put in an order for ...

It's no miracle but...

Overall
Rated 4 out of 5

I've been using Avon Anew Clinical Eye Lift for years now. The gel part lifted the upper eye area almost instantly and the cream softened my fine lines pretty good. I've recently switched to the "Pro" version which is supposed to be better but unfortunately I didn't notice a difference. It still works ok but nothing major. It is no miracle by any means...The cream part for softening fine lines is just ok. I think it could do a better job for the price. However, the gel part definitely still lifts the upper eye area very well which is why I gave it 4 stars. I'll continue using but will probably try out the Roc eye cream next. Roc has an excellent day moisturizer which I'm currently using so I have no doubt that their eye cream will be just as good. :)

The only thing that made my eyes lift was the price!

Overall
Rated 3 out of 5

I am always trying to find a product that will delay the signs of aging on my face. I refuse to age gracefully.  I am going to fight it every step of the way.  Avon was advertising the "first-ever dual eye treatment" that would give an instant lift.  The product was Avon Anew Clinical Eye Lift.  Hmm, interesting concept.  Of course I had to try it and for $28, I was expecting it to work!

Manufacturer Claims:

  • Upper Eye Gel: Dimensional-Lift Technology. Formulated to strengthen from the inside out by boosting collagen and elastin production. Skin is lifted and tightened to help visibly diminish sagging and drooping.
  • Under Eye Cream...

Doesn't live up to the hype

Overall
Rated 2 out of 5

Now that I'm in my mid-thirties, I'm just starting to see the signs of aging around my eyes.  After seeing and hearing so many wonderful things about this product, I decided to give it a try.  I have used the product as directed both day and night, and cannot honestly say I have seen any positive results.  My upper eyelids seem to have the same crepiness and droopiness, and I still see the fine lines under my eyes.  If anything, the fine lines under my eyes seem more noticeable, but this could be because I'm paying more attention to the area.  Also, I have gotten a small pimple once or twice where I apply the under eye cream.  I really want to like this product,...

Anew is worth trying

Overall
Rated 4 out of 5

Anew eye cream is great for improving the skin around the eyes,I only used one small tub/jar and noticed a big difference in my skin, the area around my eyes have gotten more smoother and less wrinkly, I still have dark circles I hope this cream will eventually help in  eliminating those also.it was a risk I took which proved to be well worth the money and risk tat I took for such a a delicate and sensitive area on my face ,thanks to this cream I didnt have to sit crying for hours after I put the cream on. my avon lady was very helpful in letting me decide after using the samples she gave me and waited patiently for me to make sure no side effects are going to show after i tried the creams that she gave me. i would recommend my friends to use this cream instead of going for expensive ones from Mall.

Not quite the pick me up my eyes needed

Overall
Rated 3 out of 5

After becoming a mom, I got more and more tired and less and less sleep. After seeing this product and trying it I wasn't unsatisfied, but secretly hoped for instant results. I fully expected to try the product and instantly notice my eyes feeling tighter and for the bags to fade away. Unfortunately, the results weren't instant, and weren't quite as dramatic as I had hoped for.

At over $30 after paying your customer fees as well as taxes, I was left looking for something with a little more bang for my buck. Instead of being completely satisfied, I still have baggy, tired eyes, over half of a jar leftover, and $30 gone forever.....

I cannot live without this product!!!

Overall
Rated 5 out of 5

**I LOVE this product. **

You use the orange "gel" on your upper eye lid. When using this gel, make sure to apply it not only to the entire eye lid but also up to and into your eyebrows. This gel is very sticky going on, but when it dries, it is NOT sticky at all.

It keeps your eyebrows in place (so that wild one doesn't stick out...) but because it is sticky going on, it holds your sagging drooping eyes "UP" and in place. You get an instant eye lift for a younger looking you.

**The creamy white lotion is not only moisturizing, but is a great enhancement to your eyes as well. It feels good going on and when you are applying eyeliner or mascara and have to wipe some off or dab, it ...

Avon eye cream -- a two-fer bargain

Overall
Rated 4 out of 5

I'm surprised that I was so quickly addicted to this stuff.  It makes my tired eyes look and feel great whether it is first thing in the early morning or sometimes when I'm re-doing my makeup before an evening out.   This is a good product for my 40 + skin and I'm now on my second order.  I've recommended it to several friends.  I'd suggest to anyone who tries this that you follow the directions carefully to get the best results.  You shouldn't skip a couple of days and come back to it if you want the "overall" improvement but even with that being said you can always use this product as an instant improvement before you get going with the rest of your regular routine.  I have paired this with the other products from the Anew line and I'm getting results that a gradual but definite improvements.  I also am impressed that a little goes a long way when using this product.  I felt like a similar product by oil of olay ran out rather quickly.

Looking years younger with Avon Eye Lift

Overall
Rated 4 out of 5

I've been using the Avon Anew Clinical Eye Lift for over 3 years, and I am still using it, so you can tell I like it. I was using a much more expensive eye cream before and was happy with it, but wanted to try and find something a bit cheaper. A friend recommended this product and I am happy she did. It's very easy to use. There are 2 different emollients in the jar. The gel is used above the eye and the cream is used under the eye. Be careful not to get too close to the eye as it does burn a bit if it's gotten into your eye. My dark circles (under my eyes) are much less noticeable and my eyelids have not drooped, as they will do as one ages (I am in my late 50's). I am happy with the results and it has saved me a lot of money. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is that I use a retinol product with it and I can't be sure how much of my results is from that and not just from the Avon Eye Lift.

Avon's Anew Eye Lift cream has my eyes looking much brighter

Overall
Rated 4 out of 5

I never thought using any type of cream would make a difference on my face, much less my eyes.  I have very tired-looking eyes and the older I get the more lines I notice and the deeper set they look.  I decided to try Avon's Anew Eye Lift and I was pleasantly surprised.  The first night time use, I loved the way my eyes felt the next morning.  Using the eye cream for the day made a difference too!  My make up didn't find itself around the creases.  After a couple of weeks,  I honestly could tell the difference! No dark circles and lines around my eyes started to minimize.  Are they gone completely?  I wish that was possible!  But my eyes look so much better, not tired and sunken.  I like the way I look when I go to work now.

Dramatically lifts your eye lids

Overall
Rated 4 out of 5

Avon's Anew Eye Lift really does wonders.  The price for the product is decent especially since it lasts pretty long time. I would suggest the use of this product to anyone who has fine lines and some slight eye lid sagging or bags under their eyes.  Twice daily I apply this cream to my lower lid and top of cheek bone, and my upper eye lid and brow area.  After about a week I noticed that my eye area looked and felt smoother.  It is was actually really nice to find a product that actually worked.

After applying this product I am able to go to sleep shortly after or apply makeup without worrying if the cream will get on my pillow or clump my foundation.  I really like how only a small amount goes a long way and it actually does what the company says it does. I was skeptical at first, just like when trying anything new, but the eye lift cream and serum really does the job for fine lines sagging lids and bags under the eyes.

Avon Anew Clinical Eye Lift, not worth the cost

Overall
Rated 1 out of 5

I've used other anti-aging products from this company and line of products that works well. In the container is a division, one side is a gel for the upper eye lid and the other side is a cream for the lower eye lid.

I bought this product because my eyelids needed exactly what the container states, an eye lift. According to the instructions, you need not apply much. I have used the entire container. There were no visible results.

I am very disappointed because I've used products from the Anew anti-age line with noticable results. The product is reasonable in price but I expected much more than I received as far as results are concerned. I have no problem in paying as long as I get what I'm...

This really works, so my boyfriend says!!

Overall
Rated 4 out of 5

I got this along with another cream at a reduce price.  Wow, was it worth it!  It sells on Avon.com for $28 (with the special I received, it was only 5$).  After using it regularly for about 12 days, I had asked my live in boyfriend what he thought and he said my eyes looked younger (I'm 42).  I asked him to be more specific and he said that under my eyes looked brighter (I tend towards dark circles when tired or have trouble sleeping) and not that my eyes were saggy but looked even firmer.  I contniue to use it and have not for about 5 months.  I do noticed a difference myself when I use it and on days when I don't.  It works so well that I rarely use under eye concealer anymore.  I now just use a light powder after applying the cream as directed after my regular daily facial cleansing routine and allowing it to be absored for a minute.  I would recommend this product to anyone wanting "brighter and lighter" eyes.

Affordable, Effective and absolutely Works.

Overall
Rated 5 out of 5

I am a 45 year old busy mother of three grown children and an in-home daycare provider.  I have searched high and low for a product that would reduce undereye dark circles and help with the crows feet that were forming around my eyes. I finally found that Avon's Anew Clinical Eye Lift is just the product that has helped.  It is a simple treatment. Every morning before putting on my makeup. I apply this two part system to my eyes.  It has an upper eye lid gel and a lower under eye cream.  It goes on smoothly and doesn't leave a greasy or sticky film like some of the other treatments I have tried.  It just absorbs very well into the lid and undereye area.  Th...

Anew Clinical Eye Lift provides a double whammy for your eyes.

Overall
Rated 3 out of 5

Anew Clinical Eye Lift by Avon provides a double whammy for your eye area. The smoothing under eye cream goes on evenly and absorbs quickly. The lifting gel glides over the the upper lid and disappears completely in seconds. Both provided wrinkle relief over time. I used for two weeks, twice a day and did notice moderate reduction in fine lines. I noticed less improvement in lifting the upper lid.

With so many Avon representatives available, it is convenient and easy to purchase. Anew clinical Eye Lift is priced comparably to other similar products. I found it to have slightly more product than megastore brands.  I did experience moderate eye itching and tearing after use. This was the major detractor from continued use. Women who are less sensitive to facial creams may find it is just the right product for them.

Still, given convenience, price and overall results, I continue to use off and on.  With Avon's satisfaction guarentee, it is worth a try
