this place is BS. i rented a car a few months ago w. an ex-bf. i didn't have time to return the car before i had to leave ny so i promised to take it for me. little did i know he was frnds w. a salesperson at avis and after he returned the car i rented, his frnd - STEVE - gave him a diff. car to drive which i didn't find about until a MONTH later when a bill for over $1000 came up on my credit card [we broke up by this time]. i tried arguing w. avis and even told them about their employee but they were very RUDE & UNHELPFUL. they told me it was my fault that i let my ex drive the car, completely ignoring the fact that what their employee did was ILLEGAL. they didn't even fire the guy! now, i'm stuck w. all the bills which has amounted to over $2000, even though they KNOW it wasn't me who had possession of the car that whole month.i would rather WALK in 4-in. heels on the coldest day in jan. wearing a miniskirt than EVER rent a car from this place.
