                                                  Don't Choose Avis

 Today my husband and I got some really bad news about his dad,he had two very bad strokes, and may not make it.I'm a member of BJ'S whole store, and I know they have some very nice deals for their members. So I went there today, and got one of there car rental I. While looking for a deal on a rental cars we came across Avis ,they offered us 40% off and a free up grade. Wow!that's  right up our alley. Until we got there they lied about having the upgrade, and that 40% was a BIG LIE!!! They quoted us $169.00 per week. When we got there it went up to $495.00 What kind of deal is that? I asked myself and my husband. The man behind the counter was very rude when we told him about the quote we deceived on the phone he laughed at us. Really what kind of services is that? When I brought up the fact about the 40% BJ'S  discount he told me no, and they didn't even have the up grade. Now they did have a suv, but that was much more. I didn't even begin to want to know what that went for per week. So when checking on with Avis rental cars maybe you should just look for another cars rentals,and don't even waste your time with Avis. There words mean nothing and you get very rude agents that don't take care of you and your needs in this very painful time were having dealing with a very ill loved one. Oh by the way did I happened to mention that my husband isn't really able to fly since he had his leg amputated earlier this year, and feels that driving would be much better for him, and still that agent treated us with no compassion's. Were not looking for symphathy just what  we can afford in our time of need.
