I had special problems with this unit that most people wont have

Pros

    Inexpensive, quiet, easy to clean

Cons
    Must use both hands, impossible for arthritic hands

I can't really say too much about this product, other than that I couldn't use it. I have arthritis in my hands and could not pump long enough to get anything out. Oddly enough I find that I can pump more by hand, while it still hurts, I can get 3-4 ounces that way, whereas when i used the pump, I could only get 3/4's of an ounce.  I wish I had more to say about this product, but I will recommend that people with arthritis steer clear of all manual pumps.
