I have not had any of the problems as with other reviews. If you over tighten they will leak. I used these bottle with my daughter after i stopped breast feeding and started pumping (that was 10 years ago). So naturally i am using them with my son, even had them brought to the hospital so nurses could supplement him. Being a breastfeeding mother i find these bottles work great and there is no confusion for my son. The warmer works well too, so happy my brother gave this too me as gift
