I had my first child back in February of this year. Being a first time mother, I did research online to find out the best bottles to use after breastfeeding.  Avent was the number one recommended brand.  My son took to them very quickly with no problem at all.  We started him on the bottle at 2 months old as recommended by the pediatrician.  I still breastfed, but had to go back to work and my husband was home with our son during the day.  They are expensive, but do to the fact that I'm an ebay fanatic, I saved tons.  I bought several 4oz. bottles initially, but have sinced purchased several 9oz. bottles at a great price.
