Pros

    Bigger bottle for better grip, size, Silicone nipples-non latex, Transition from breast to bottle easier, easy to clean

Cons
    do not fit into bottle pockets., Easy for child to push nipple out, leak if not closed perfectly

Awesome for babies who may not otherwise take a bottle!  Makes transition from bottle to breast very easy. I  Loved the easy to clean design.  The only down fall, was that as the babies (I used these with my last two children) got older, as I was feeding them, if they pressed on the nipple part at all, it would either leak (spilling precious breast milk-liquid gold- all over them), so I was constantly having to make sure their hands weren't in the way!  Over all, very pleased with this bottle, especially since my sons were very picky about not taking any other bottles!
