Aveeno Soothing Relief Creamy Wash For Baby a great product for children with very dry skin or eczema. The Aveeno brand is known for using colloidal oatmeal in its products to retain moisture. Oatmeal is sometimes recommended as a home remedy for chicken pox or other "itchy" conditions, like dry skin. Aveeno's Soothing Relief Creamy Wash works well on my baby and my 5-year-old. As much as the two of them move around during bath time, the tear-free formula works wonders.

My son has what we refer to as "angel skin" because at 7 months, his skin is still too sensitive to 90% of all products for babies. Cudos to Johnson & Johnson for coming up with a product that works for more than just one skin type.

The average J&J baby products are too heavy with frangrance and chemicals to achieve that "new baby smell" and it is actually all wrong for the newborns. I accidentally used the J&J gentle soap on my DS and his skin reacted in such a way that I almost panicked. I have three three children with eczema and I've tried many products on the market but none compare to Aveeno soothing relief creamy wash. It does not irritate their skin. Washing with Aveeno soothing relief helps to hydrate the skin and keep the moisture in after a bath. Its frangrance free and hypoallergenic with no harmful additives to irritate or dry out the skin. Its even gentle enough to use when my 5 month old started showing signs of eczmea.
