I use this product on my legs, underarms and other sensitive areas as most women know and this product will not irritate your skin it actually leaves your skin softer you get a closer shave and as most women know you can sometimes get razor bumps well this product helps with that so you don't get razor bumps.

Aveeno Positively Smooth Shave Gel is amazing! I have been through countless numbers of different shaving creams and shaving gels with horrible luck. I was always left with razor burn, rashes, or very dry skin. It was always something! I swear by Aveeno's shampoo and conditioner so when I saw shaving gel it was like I was in heaven! I absolutely love it. I had great results even on my sensitive skin. The shaving gel left my skin super soft and smooth! I could not have asked for a more perfect product to shave with. Effectiveness The Aveeno shaving gel does exactly what it should do. It should leaves skin feeling better and after time I noticed my skin was a lot softer. I haven't had to worry about redness on my legs caused from other creams and gels. Scent I love the scent. It is very hard to describe though. It reminds me of something like oatmeal. It smells so good and isn't overbearing. A lot of products that have stout scents are harsh on my skin. Aveeno was not.

For my money, this is a perfectly fine shave gel. I've definitely used others that are more effective at the "positively smooth" result, but this is great for the price. I appreciate the light scent as well, it doesn't overpower. My skin tends to be sensitive, and I experience almost no irritation with this.

The Aveeno Positively Smooth Shave Gel is definitely perfect for people like me who have sensitive skin. All the other shave gel's or creams that I used always irritated my skin and made it red and itchy. This Aveeno product leaves my skin feeling so smooth, fresh, and completely soft! As a result, shaving my legs is so much easier and less hassle. After applying the shave gel and shaving my legs, I don't have tiny little hair stubbles still remaining there. The smell of the Aveeno gel is really nice. What I like about it is that it doesn't have a strong scent; it kind of smells like oatmeal, something subtle. I have the Aveeno lotion (which I love), so that's why I decided to try the Aveeno Gel. I was not disappointed and it's a great gel. For my shaving routine, I basically just apply the Aveeno Shave Gel, shave, rinse my legs, and then apply the Aveeno lotion last. I love all Aveeno products!! They are simply the best for my sensitive skin.

This shave gel helps to lighten the body hair and makes it grow out finer later on down the road.I have noticed the hairs less noticeable when they grow back after using this shave gel.The hair takes a bit longer to grow back than before.I think it is because it allows a closer shave and better glide of the razor.Also because of the host of moisturizing ingredients it softens the hairs before shaving them.That also makes for a closer shave.This also prevents chafing of the skin and my skin feels healthier now.It allowed my skin to repair itself with the vitamins also this shave gel is enriched with.Because it is so thick and lathers so well,I don't get many cuts anymore.My amount of ingrown hairs has greatly reduced.It allows for a more accurate shave since it allows better glide.That's my theory on why I have less ingrown hairs.I love the fragrance of this product.Not too loud of a scent to be overbearing.

It spreads evenly on your skin, softens hair perfectly, doesn't clog your razor, and gives you a perfectly smooth shave. At the same time it also leaves your skin feeling silky smooth. It is even more effective if you follow it with Aveeno lotion afterward. Scent This actually doesn't have a scent but that is what makes it the very best shaving cream ever. And unlike some unscented products this one doesn't smell bad in the absence of fragrance. This is completely hypo allergenic which makes it perfect for people with sensitive skin or allergies. It is also perfect for people like me that have eczema or other sensitive skin issues.

I didn't think the brand of shaving gel would make a difference. I thought they were all equal. And since I believe in giving everyone a chance, I thought I would try Aveeno since I had a coupon for an Aveeno product. To be honest, I haven't had a better shave ever! I love that the cream is very thick. A little really does go a long way when using this, so the can lasts me a long time - which then factors into the price of it, which many would say is absurd for a can of shaving cream! I also love the scent which isn't too fruity or overpowering like many of the other shaving gels that are out there on the market. It is a subtle scent that kind of just lingers a while - very nutty kind of scent which is pleasant to the nose without irritating it. I think that this gel is perfect for those with sensitive skin because it is so natural - and it will leave your legs feeling so soft and smooth after use!
