Comparableto Jergens shave minimizing lotion

Ok, so I definitely shed a tear when Jergen's stopped making their shave minimizing lotion. That stuff worked! I don't care who you are or what you say, it WORKED. Anyway, this Aveeno stuff does the same thing, but its just a lot more expensive. It does smell a lot better and seeing as how they kind of have a monopoly on the shave less lotion niche, I'm more than willing to pay for it. It doesn't leave you a just waxed feel or keep you from having to shave every day, but it does leave your legs SUPER smooth after you do shave, and it makes it much easier to shave. Cosmetic Companies are generally ignoring boomer women's needs that go beyond preventing and correcting wrinkles. There should be in every skincare line aimed at midlife women a product with a facial hair growth retardant in its formula. Aveeno Active Naturals' "Positively Smooth" facial moisturizer is the best product on the market without a prescription for slowing down the growth of excess facial hair.  What boon to midlife women who are not rich and would like not to have to pluck and wax their faces so often. Recently i have bought a number of products to try and help stop my dry/flaky clogged skin including E45, Boots Own And Aveeno, and i'm proud to say that aveeno was amazing and the others were awful! I brought it off the internet from a website called soft-skin.co.uk which is the largest stocker of Aveeno products in the UK. It also stocks other creams for other problems including a baby,exma,roshea,shaving gel,lipcare,bath,anti-aging,sunscreens and many more! I really recommed the cream and the website and try aveeno today!

This product does what it promises.

When I first sampled this lotion I was skeptical that it could really help me shave my legs less like it promises.  It really works though and I have gone from a tester to a tried and true customer.  I only use it after I shave and it really helps the hairs to be softer and less noticable and also not grow as fast.  I used to shave every other day.  Now I shave about once and week and am not bothered by the stubble in between.  This is a great product.

I recently tried this product and am very pleased with the results. It has a light fragrance and is non-greasy.  The other big plus is that it is hypoallergenic and contains natural soy extracts.  I haven't used it to shave but I will try it next time and am hoping it will live up to its promise to "shave less often while visibly improving skin tone and texture" Although it may cost more than a few other products in this similar category. I feel that it's worth it.

I love this lotion!  I have very sensitive skin, so I'm always careful about what skin products I use.  I love almost all the Aveeno products and would recommend the whole line to anyone with extremely sensitive, dry skin like me.  This lotion is great - it's light and does not leave you feeling greasy.  Put it on right out of the shower and you're skin will feel great all day long.  And best of all - it really does work!

 I have used this AVEENO Lotion before & was not happy with it. I don't like greesy lotion that linger, this one seemed to do just that for me.  Now my skin is different then the next  person so it may work for you but it did not for me.

Really works- plus it makes shaving very comfortable. I can usually find it in larger Wal-Mart stores or in Publix. Leaves your skin smooth and moisturized.

Aveeno lotion is worth the buy if you suffer from dry skin.  It's a little thicker than most lotions and comes in a convienent pump.
