Aveeno Daily Moisturing Lotion — 

I've tried just about every lotion there is out there and nothing comes close to how well aveeno works for me.  It dries quick and doesn't leave a greasy feeling on my hands. The price is reasonable for how long it lasts. You can find it in almost any store and it comes in different kinds.  There's really nothing bad I can say about it.
