Aveeno Clear Complexion Foaming Cleanser Review

I love foaming facial cleansers and purchased Aveeno Clear Complexion Foaming Facial Cleanser when my regular brand wasn't available.  I don't have a problem with acne, but I wasn't really paying attention to what I bought...I am so impressed with this product, it has become my new "regular brand!" 

Aveeno Clear Complexion Foaming Facial Cleanser comes in a 6 fl. oz pump bottle.  The cleanser contains "moisture-rich soy extracts and a blemish-fighting ingredient," and "helps improve skin's tone and texture and clears up blemishes without over drying, leaving skin soft, smooth and even-looking," according to the Aveeno website.  It is soap-free, oil-free, non-comodogenic, and hypoallergenic.  I paid just under $7 for my bottle (regular price at Walmart).  After reviewing the list of ingredients that are disclosed on the bottle, I did not see any parabens or petroleum chemicals listed, which is a good thing!

What I like about it:  The foam comes out in very small amounts.  When I first dispensed it, I thought I would need four or five pumps to really get my face clean.  Boy, was I wrong!  It only takes two pumps of the cleanser to completely cover my face and give me enough product to feel like I can really massage it around well and get adequate coverage.  The foam feels very smooth while you're rubbing it on your face and rinses clean with just a few spashes of water.  It takes my makeup off, including eye makeup, without a lot of rubbing and doesn't leave any residue behind.  I tend to have really dry and highly sensitive skin, and this cleanser doesn't leave my face feeling tight or irritated.

What I don't like about it:  The smell is a little perfume-like and is quite strong, but it's not unpleasant.

This is a fabulous cleanser whether or not you have any problems with your skin!  The price is very reasonable for the quality you are getting.  Thumbs up!
