Aveeno Clean & Clear Foaming Facial Cleanser Reviews

I have been using Clean and Clear foaming facial cleaner for years. I am 40 something years old and still have acne. I also have sensitive skin. This product not only clears your skin but is very gentle as well. I know when you start a new regimen for your skin care you might break out but thats the product bringing all that crud to the surface of your skin. You need to commit to at least a month of active use to see the best results. There is also a moisturizer that also controls acne and I have used that as well in the winter and that is Clean and Clear Moisturizer. It has salacylic acid in it...

I recently made the switch to this facial cleanser after wanting to find something a little more gentle to my skin.  I was hesitant about the switch overall as I usually break out when I switch products.  But I liked that Aveeno Clean & Clear Foaming came in a foam.

I shopped around to find the best price, as I do with any product.  I think I finally bought it at Target because they had a sale that week.

My face didn't have any reaction to the switch which was great!  I liked how clean my skin felt after washing, as opposed to the cream cleanser I had been using previously.

One thing I noticed...

I have tried many different face product, and this one I found was the best. For one, it foams, which means there is no need to really build a lather. It is also easier to not waste it. I didn't realize how much this product works until I actually used it for something else, other than my face. I used it in order to get some permanent marker off my hand so I don't go into work the next day with a huge X on it. I expcted only to get the majority of it off, but not completely!  However, this product got every part of the marker off without me having to scrub too hard.

I have had problem skin since I was in the 6th grade. Over the years I've tried scores of facial cleansers for acne-prone yet sensitive skin. Most were too harsh and drying. Others worked well but were extremely expensive. I was looking for a product that worked well and offered good value for the money, and found Aveeno Clean & Clear Foaming Cleanser. It leaves my skin clean, fresh and supple, and helps prevent break-outs. Sometimes I need to use a little extra moisturizer to keep my skin from becoming too dry, but this is nothing compared to the terrible redness, dryness and flakiness caused...

I tried Aveeno Clean and Clear Foaming Cleanser after a friend recommended it to me.  I was a teenager at the time and my acne got progressively worse after I started using it.  I think it may not be strong enough for teenage acne, but would be worth trying for adult acne or minor teenage acne.  It did feel very nice on my skin and made the non-acne areas feel nice!
