Aveeno Aveeno Baby Fragrance Free Soothing Relief Creamy Wash Review

The Aveeno line is amazing, and the Soothing Relief Creamy Wash for babies is no exception. I started using this product a few years ago for my now 4 year old son, who has always had really bad reactions to bug bites. I had tried the baby lotion beforehand, and loved it, so I figured I'd try out the wash for bath-time, and I'm glad I did. It has helped tremendously, especially since he has recently been diagnosed with minor eczema too now. The name really does suit this product- it definitely seems to help relieve my son's itching, and moisturizes his skin, helping relieve the eczema. And I now have a 4 1/2 month old daughter who has sensitive skin and we use this on her too. I couldn't even use the Johnson's baby wash without a reaction on my daughter's skin, but with the Aveeno, there has been no reactions at all. It does it's job of cleaning, but also helps with any itching and break outs, and makes both of my kids' skin so soft.  Now this creamy wash is the only thing we use to wash our children.

I love what this product does for both of my children as mentioned above, but I also love how it's natural, tear-free (I have never personally tested this, but my son hasn't complained), and it's not scented. As much as I love a great smelling product, especially for kids, I think if it were scented, it would not work so great for my daughter and we'd be back to square one. The only thing that's not a "pro" is it's more expensive than say Johnson's regular wash, but it's definitely worth it.
