This used to be called something like Aveeno Eczema Care. But the stupid FDA decided that it made it sounds too close to medicine (?) and made them change it.  At any rate, this stuff IS great for eczema. The oatmeal base is very soothing and does help hold in moisture to some degree. (I have pretty severe eczema, so I reapply more than most.) Most of all, though, it just feels nice on your skin. It's light, it sinks in nicely and doesn't just sit on your skin like some "great for eczema" products.  Unfortunately, because my skin is such a severe case, I was having to use a lot of it, partially because my skin adapts to moisturizers somehow. Very frustrating. So, in the end, we moved to the hemp line of products over at The Body Shop. But we gave the lotion (and body wash) to a friend of ours with moderate eczema and he loved the stuff. So I think this is great for everyone who doesn't have such adaptive skin.
