Aveda is a great and earthy name brand and for a great reason--their hair and skin care products really do work well. The hair care right to the skin care and makeup. I am a person who does not like outlandish colors or ostentasish things. Aveda's colors are nice and subtle. The application process is easy and light. Though it is a light purple and and easy and wearable silver it really acts as a highlighter to the eyes. I have blue/ green eyes and it really brings the color out even when I wear my glasses. It is a fun alternative to the neutral colors that I mostly wear. It is also easy to blend with your finger tips or cosmetic sponge without being too waxy or too runny. I would recommend this to a woman who wants to wear makeup that is outside the box yet no to crazy that she doesn't feel like herself. I usually wear this for an evening out but this could also work for the daytime since you can control how much goes on easily.
