I have had a make over at an Aveda spa twice now. First time they put the products on me I looked and felt so greasy. Then second time I told the girl about it, and she said that it was probably my skin type. I do love the smell of Aveda products but not the cost

I am a busy mom who takes care of everyone else but never myself. Therefore I receive spa gift certificates at least once a year and they are always to Aveda. I have tried the Shampoo for color treated hair. It smells absolutely wonderful but I do not find that it is any better than other shampoos that you can buy at your regular stores. I have also bought the Clove conditioner. It also smells wonderful and does leave your hair very soft but it stains your hands. Even if you wash your hands immedietley after using this product you still have to give them a pretty good scrub or they will be stained...

Aveeno positively radiant tinted moisturizer...What a perfect product for someone living near the beach! This product is amazing, moisturizer plus a hint of color and a SPF of 30! In the warmer weather I really prefer to use little or no makeup....this is the perfect product for me!! Love that it is a soy product and gentle on my skin.

THEIR SELF TANNING LOTION IS HE ONLY ONE I USE, AND I'VE TRIED ALL THE OTHERS! I DRIVE 45 MINUTES TO AN HOUR FROM HOME JUST TO GET TO THEIR STORE AND STOCK UP ON THE AVEDA SELF TANNER! DOESN'T SMELL BAD LIKE MOST. DOESN'T MAKE YOU ORANGE. DEEP BROWN NATURAL LOOKING TAN. NO ONE COULD TELL I WAS WEARING SELF TANNER! LASTS A LONG TIME.

One you smell Aveda you will never forget it.

Aveda has an inviting relaxing aroma. It gives you the feeling you are doing something good for yourself. The shops are always open and clean. Every product I have used I love. Their skin care line is spectular. Some of the bottles are glass and heavy so be careful.

Aveda has some great products at low prices. I love their salon. I would suggest getting a hairstylist that does not charge alot of money though. They are just as good as the ones that charge alot just because they have been there longer.
