I Like this Avalon Peppermint Revitalizing Conditioner. I like the wonderful peppermint smell, I like the all-natural ingredients for my body and I like the way it makes my hair feel and smell after I am done taking a shower. The Avalon Peppermint Conditioner has a nice refreshing smell while I am using it in the shower but then I don't have to live with a strong peppermint smell following me around all day long. I guess because the peppermint scent is all natural it just doesn't have the staying power of other chemical hair conditioners which is just fine with me. I don't need to walk around all day in a cloud of strong chemical perfumes. This conditioner leaves my hair feeling genuinely clean and fresh and the peppermint scent is just enough to help me wake up in my morning shower but not so strong that I smell like a candy cane all day long. I do recommend the Avalon Active Organics Peppermint Revitalizing Conditioner for anyone who likes natural body care products and cares about what touches their skin. This conditioner is amazing! It gives my hair an unparalleled shine and brings out the color like no other conditioner I have tried. The fresh uplifting scent, and gentle tingling sensation are thoroughly refreshing. I noticed fewre split ends and fly aways within three uses of this conditioner in conjunction with the matching shampoo. It detangles my hair easily and I don't have to use huge amounts of it to atain he desired efect the way I do some conditioners. I tried this product in conjunction with the matching Peppermint variety of Avalon Organics Shampoo.  I was searching (for many years actually) for hair care products without chemicals such ase sodium lauryl sulfate and related substances.  I was so frustrated because even most so-called "natural" or "organic" brands of shampoos and conditioners still contain those chemicals that were irritating and drying to my scalp.  So when I found the Avalon Organics brand, I was truly excited and hopeful.  The shampoo was great!  And, as to the conditioner, it is amazing!  The only conditioner that I'd ever thought was any good before was actually a small tube included in the package of hair color product that I occasionally purchased.  I had for a long time wanted to find a comparable conditioner but never could - until I found this one.  It is very thick, making it super-easy to apply and keep in your hair so you can do a longer deep conditioning session.  Sometimes though I just put a little into a separate bottle and dilute it, for a nice, quick conditioning rinse.  Very versatile product.  It smells lovely, and conditions your hair wonderfully without leaving it greasy, weighed down, or under-conditioned.  I live in a very static-y dry hot climate, and my normally wavy hair turns into frizz and knots quickly here.  This conditioner is a life-saver for me and if you have problems with your hair, I suggest you give it a try.

I was given Alba Botanica Avalon Active Organics Peppermint Revitalizing Conditioner  as a gift from my mother in a gift basket. I had never heard of this brand, so it was fun to try it. The scent was very nice. I have very dry colored hair. so, I am always looking for a good conditioner. I put it on my hair and wore a cap over it so the heat from the shower would help it to penetrate. I would say I kept it on for about five minutes. It was nice and thick and a little went a long way. My hair was left with a very fresh and invigorating scent. It was adequate in its conditioning ability. It was better than some conditioners and not as good as others. I like that it was organic. As for pricing and value, I do not know. It was a gift and I did not purchase another one when I finished it. I have quite a bit of conditioner to use up before I need to buy another one. However, I would consider it. I would have to check out the price first to see if it is a good value .None-the-less, based on my experience, I would recommend you give it a try!

I love this conditioner it works. It detangles and moisturizes. I love the tingly peppermint feeling on my scalp. Several of my family members use this conditioner. It  is for men and women. It is thick and doesnt seem watered down like alot of other conditioners i've tried and has just the right amount of peppermint so it doesnt burn your scalp or eyes. It is a very gentle product that gets the job done. It's like head and shoulders times 5. If you just need deep conditioning or are prone to itchy or dry scalp this is a good conditioner. I have actually left this conditioner my hair and wrapped it with a towel for 10 minutes as an itchy scalp treatment then washed it out. My scalp felt great. The price is a bit high but it's not an everyday type of conditioner, maybe more like once a week. I use a different conditioner on the other days. I am sure for those with itchy scalp, using this daily when first purchased would be okay.
