We bought a Hyundai Entourage (2008) the Monday after Thanksgiving to replace my Ford WindStar (the transmission went out on the WindStar for the third and last time). On Christmas Day our Entourage was demolished in an accident on our way home from my sisters house. Our airbags deployed and no one was injured. I am thankful for the safety features on this vehicle. We were hit right in front of the drivers door and I honestly feel if we were in another vehicle my husband would have been killed. The car that hit us pushed us through a "bridge may be icy" sign that was put up on two landscape… read full review »

I love to drive. Most of the cars I have owned have been german cars (VW, BMW, Mercedes-- I just like how the Germans make a car). — I currently own 2 BMWs so when one goes into the shop I get a loaner car to drive about. Today it was the 525. I tend to own the SUV or convertible cars, so I was excited to put this car, a sedan, through the daily drive test. — The interior was great, comfortable seats (with lumbar support) individual heat/ac controls for the 2 front seats, a good location for the drivers cup holder. All very nice. — What I didn't like was the "stick"… read full review »

Jiffy Lube

Jiffy Lube

If you're thinking about getting your oil changed at Jiffy Lube, think again. Recently they overfilled my girlfriends car with oil and it broke down. One of their technicians verified that the car was over filled, but they still say it was not their fault and refuse to pay for repairs. If you want a responsible company to work on your car, it's not Jiffy Lube. She is now in the process of taking them to small claims court to pay for damages they caused on her car. It's appaling they would treat someone like her this way, she is the little guy getting pushed around by a bully. She has… read full review »

I am a big fan of the Honda Pilot.  It is a very good car to drive and always is a smooth ride.  One reason that I really lke it over the rest of the suvs on the market is the fact that is has alot of room but it does not drive like a truck.  The problem with alot of suvs out there is that they are that the ones that drive like cars are always too small especially for me because I am tall.  The Pilot has 3 rows of seats but drives likes a car and gives a ton of room for everyone in teh car.  The navigation system is really great as well especially with the new 3d view… read full review »

The Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited (5.7L Hemi) provides a smooth, comfortable, and entertaining ride. The suspension setup on this vehicle gives a firmer ride than some of its competition, but rewards the driver with a better handling vehicle. It handles the curves of the mountainous terrain I live in better than any other SUV I have driven. Its 4 wheel drive system is stellar and gives confidence in bad weather travelling. It is a full time AWD system that requires no input from the driver. This causes a fuel economy penalty, but the system doesn't have to start slipping before it is… read full review »

I had this car until Oct 2005 when i was rear ended in an accident and I loved it!  I only had 50,000 miles on it by the time i was rear ended but i never had a problem with it and this was by far my favorite car.  When i got rear-ended my car was totaled because i was sandwiched between two cars but my baby and I were both kept safe because of this car's sturdy frame.  I upgraded to a 2006 Grand Prix after the accident so there was more back seat space for the… read full review »

We recently installed a K&N air filter on my 2002 Pontiac Sunfire. We love it! It has improved my gas mileage greatly. I don't drive much and used to get gas every other week. Now, with this filter I'm getting gas every 3rd week. — — Also, you aren't constantly replacing filters. Instead, you can clean it - saves money and is better for the environment.… read full review »

Those seeking a Harley sound should stick with Harley's. — That's always been the way I look at it, and I tire of being told that I need to put pipes on my bike to make it sound "more throaty".  — My Boulevard is a great bike.  Carrying myself and my wife (a combined 270 lbs-we're not big), this thing has a lot of punch left over, even climbing hills.  Obviously if you're a bigger guy with a bigger gal, I suggest you move to a larger Boulevard. — The stock seats aren't bad, but can quickly be improved with a sissy bar for this mrs.  The price is in the… read full review »

Bike rides great. Had it for a few motnsh now.  I have taken it on a few longer trips so far and love it.  Gas mileages seems to be around 50 or so  miles per gallon on the highway.  I have gotten a few extras for it, such as a memphis windshield, backrest lugage rack and saddle bags.  The bike looks sharp and sounds great. I am really happy with what I got and what I paid for it. — … read full review »

The 2004 Kia Spectra has been an excellent buy for me.   The interior is cofortable and well designed.  The carpeting is easily cleaned because of its lack of shagginess.  The 6 speaker sound system of the EX along with the power windows and locks are excellent and reliable.  The 5-speed manual is a joy to drive and the 30-35 MPG makes for a much heavier, thicker wallet.  I hope that the newer versions have kept the attributes of the '04 model.  Great car!… read full review »

I bought this car to replace my 2004 Tribute. Everything that I didn't like about the 2004 model they fixed in the 2008 model. The only thing I was disappointed in was the fuel cap isn't protected by a locking cover which the 2004 model had. Otherwise, the interior was revamped nicely.… read full review »
