The Verdict: Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Deeep is a good deep conditioner. I've used it for years and love that it is inexpensive yet effective.
Just the Facts: I have been using Aussie products for about 20 years and although I often try other products, I always have a bottle of Aussie Three Minute Miracle in my shower.
Aussie 3MM can be a bit difficult to find, so when I'm running low and see it at the store I grab a new one. Aussie 3MM Deeeeep comes in a really great bottle that has no cap. It stands upright in my shower and when I squeeze the bottle the conditioner comes out of a small hole in the bottom that opens automatically. This is nice as I don't have to fiddle with trying to get a cap back on the bottle.
The conditioner is very thick and rich and when I apply it to my hair after washing it, it feels very soft and slippery. It rinses out easily and leaves my hair feeling very conditioned. I only use this product every few weeks as my hair is healthy but every few weeks it starts to feel a bit dry on the ends. This product makes the ends feel healthy again.
The only thing I don't like about Aussie 3MM Deeeeep is the scent. It is not horrible but it does not have that classic "purple" scent of other Aussie products. It smells kind of like the inside of a pumpkin. Kind of squashlike. Again, not horrible, but not my favorite scent either. If it smelled more purple, it would be perfect.
Closing Argument: 4 stars. Aussie 3MM Deeeep is a lot like the original Aussie 3MM but it's a bit thicker and more conditioning. While both work well, the Deeeeep version does provide more conditioning so if your hair is damaged you might want to get this Deeeep version. Deducted one star because I'm not crazy about the scent. It's about $3 a bottle and a little goes a long way so it's a good value too.
