This product is great for damaged hair, pool hair or hair that is simply too dry. Hold backs include the bottle. The opening in the bottle allows water from the shower to build up so when you get ready to dispense conditioner cold water pours out of the bottle on occasion. The smell is not the greatest in the world. Not horrible, just could be better. If you have thick hair be sure to use only twice or three times a week as it will cause an oily build up in the hair. But as far as conditioning, it can not be beat. The product leaves your hair soft, tangle free, smooth and in great condition. Boyfriend is not crazy about the smell so after the three minutes I usually follow up with my daily wonderful smelling conditioner. He loves to touch my hair after using this product, and can't keep his hands to himself.
