Aussie Cleanse and Mend is FANTASTIC for people with well water!

Although Aussie Cleanse and Mend may not be the cheapest shampoo on the market, it is not nearly as expensive as salon shampoos, and it is definately worth the price!

Although Aussie Cleanse and Mend may not be the cheapest shampoo on the market, it is not nearly as expensive as salon shampoos, and it is definately worth the price!

Living out in the country, I found that my hair began to feel like I did not get all of the shampoo out of it.  It actually became hard to brush through it-just imagine brushing through your dry hair that still has a bit of shampoo in it!

I didn't think it was a hair problem, I honestly thought that it was probably a water problem.  And then the tip was passed on to me to use "clarifying" shampoo.  The first wash, I felt a difference, and within just a few washes, my hair was back to normal.  Quite a bit of iron or minerals from my water must have been in my hair!

With Aussie Cleanse and Mend, you get the clarifying shampoo, and it smells very nice, and it leaves your hair feeling very, very clean.

I would recommend this product to anyone who uses hair products or has well water.

This is a really wierd product it makes your hair greasy and unmanageable!

This says: clease and mend what do you think it would do?

1st clean out hair sray and wash the day away...2nd fix maybe splitends or frizzes!

NO>>>> it don't do any of it

I used it 2 times got out blow dryied and tried to use the straight IRON nope, slide like grease .....what???

my bangs were awful. I can't think of anything more gross than when it says cleanse it greases up, then mend and it don't seem to do anything of that unless greasy feeling hair eventually is  healing in some way!

Has an awesome smell and has creamy and thick formula.

Comments about Aussie Cleanse & Mend Shampoo:

I absolutely loved the way that this product smells. It has a fruity scent, which will linger on your hair even after you have washed the product out, but it's not overpowering or ridiculous. When I actually poured this product out into my hand, I was impressed by the actual thickness and creaminess of the formula. It made my hair feel awesome, and actually maintained a soft feeling a long time after I had used it.

Comments about Aussie Cleanse & Mend Shampoo:

Aussie isn't expensive at all, and my hair feels SO GOOD after using it.

Effectiveness
I never have to wash my hair the second time, this product cleans my hair without overdrying. My hair is silky after using it time and time again.

Scent
The scent is pleasant, not overwhelming at all. I can still wear my favorite fragrance and it doesn't clash with my shampoo.

causes hair loss

By

from USA

Comments about Aussie Cleanse & Mend Shampoo:

I started using Aussie products about 2 months ago because a friend told me they were great for damaged hair. I did like the feel of my hair when I first started using the products (shampoo and 3 minute miracle conditioner). I started noticing hair loss a couple of weeks and went to the doctor because I thought it was a health condition. The doctor tested me for a thyroid condition, but the tests came back fine. I started to read the reviews for the aussie products and saw that others were experiencing hair loss also. So now I have gone back to my previous products and am noticing my hair is getting thicker again. I have color treated hair, so I don't know it that was the issue or not.

Aussie Cleanse and Mend Shampoo Livens the Hair

By

from Houston, TX

Comments about Aussie Cleanse & Mend Shampoo:

When I want a good, acceptable, all- around decent quality shampoo, one of the brands I reach for is Aussie. Its products many not be the absolute greatest available, but they are good and the company has a specific style for different hair needs. One I have tried and liked is Aussie Cleanse and Mend Shampoo.

Shampoo Facts and Figures:

Aussie Cleanse and Mend Shampoo is a freshly scented shampoo that is medium in thickness and squeezes from the bottle with a yellowish color. The product is sold in multiple sizes including a one- liter size that is more economical per ounce.

Aussie Cleanse and Mend Shampoo is good at cleaning and adding volume to the hair. It also adds a good deal of shine and helps give lifeless hair a boost. The company named the shampoo Cleanse and Mend because it supposedly has ingredients to control oiliness issues while also cleansing and moisturizing the ends of your hair. I don’t have any oily issues with my hair, so I cannot comment on this quality, but I can say that the product is good at moisturizing the stands of hair and there is a definite feeling of clean after washing with this product.

Aussie Cleanse and Mend Shampoo is one of several variations offered by Aussie and it is every bit as good as most of the others. This particular style isn’t as easy to find as some of the others, but a large drug store or grocery is likely to carry it. It also carries a below average price tag and is one of the least expensive brands you can buy that offers a good level of quality.

Bottom Line Viewpoint:

Aussie Cleanse and Mend Shampoo is another good product from Aussie and one that should benefit most who use it. The product is likely even better for those with long hair, but even short- haired individuals like me can benefit from this hair care product.

Effectiveness
Moisturizes strands of hair, as it claims, and offers a very good level of clean.

Scent
This Aussie product has a nice, clean, soapy scent that most will like.

Disappointing!

By

Comments about Aussie Cleanse & Mend Shampoo:

The Aussie Cleanse & Mend Shampoo claims to wash away oil and dirt with ease and repair your hair and restore healthy scalp. After trying this shampoo, I can honestly say that it does a fair job of cleaning but apparently not so much with the mending. This shampoo (actually purple by the way) contains a couple of natural ingredients which the brand claims is Australian. However, only a couple will not give you that many benefits. If your looking for wholesale(completely) natural ingredients, I"d go organic or no sulfates, parabans, chemicals that can harm your hair and scalp. After using ithe Cleanse and Mend for 2-3 times now, my hair hasn't gotten better, if not worse. You definitely need a quality conditioner after shampooing or your hair might be left dry as this DOES take out oil and such. It might be too harsh for you might experience hair loss. After using this shampoo, there is a notable decrease in debris in my hair but I feel it doesn't take it all away. The scent is decent. Pricewise, compared to similar products, it is on the cheaper side. If you have oily or really dirty hair, I'd consider it but if you have sensitive hair like me , skip it.

Aussie Cleanse & Mend Shampoo brings back the shine.

By

from New Port Richey, FL

Comments about Aussie Cleanse & Mend Shampoo:

I purchased Aussie Cleanse & Mend Shampoo when it was on sale, and with a coupon. It has a 'No worries guarantee', and also states that you will have 'radiant hair in one use'. I couldn't resist it.

I love the bright purple bottle, and it is easy to hold. The net weight is 13.5 fluid ounce.

Upon opening the shampoo, and pouring some on my finger tips, the first thing I noticed was the smell. It has a real fruity smell, which I loved. Then I saw that the texture of the shampoo is thick, shines, and is creamy.

I applied the shampoo to my wet hair, and rubbed it in to form a lather. It lathered really well, and again I enjoyed the scent. I rinsed off the shampoo, and decided not to apply a second time. Instead I used one of my many conditioners. My hair wasn't tangled, and felt squeaky clean.

I then finished off my hair as usual, and I was pleased with the outcome.

I used it a second time, and thought that my hair really shone, and looked in great condition. It took me two attempts to realize how much I like it. This is one I will purchase again.

Effectiveness
Cleaned my hair in one application.

Scent
A lovely fruity smell.

Aussie Cleanse & Mend Shampoo Leaves Hair Soft and Shiny-updated

By

from State College, PA

Comments about Aussie Cleanse & Mend Shampoo:

I tend to have frizzy hair, especially when it is humid or rainy outside. My hair stylist recommended that I use a shampoo and conditioner to help reduce split ends. I found a coupon for Aussie, so I decided to give Aussie Cleanse & Mend Shampoo a try. I am so glad I did! I tend to be rough on my hair, constantly putting it up in a ponytail or brushing it while it is wet. So, I need a strong shampoo to help reduce breakage, and Aussie has done just that. I love the way it smells going on my hair, and I like the way it leaves my hair smelling for hours into my day. It has definitely helped me reduce frizz and increase shine. I also feel like my hair has become much stronger since I started using it. Rarely do I use a hair cleansing product for more than a month, as I find they tend to lose their effectiveness after repeated use, but I have been using Aussie for over three months now, and I have no plans to change it! UPDATE: After a few months, I had to switch to a new Shampoo, but I would still recommend trying this one, as it lasted longer than any other I've tried.

Does it all.

By

from Perrysburg, OH

Comments about Aussie Cleanse & Mend Shampoo:

I love Aussie shampoos and conditioners and I'd say that I buy the Cleanse and Mend one more often than any of the others. I've tried other brands of shampoo but keep going back to Aussie. Usually when using one shampoo & conditioner for too long, it almost becomes ineffective but I've never experienced that with Aussie shampoos. I really like that I don't need to use a lot of shampoo to get my hair clean and my hair is good to go for two days. Almost three when I need to real bad! I like that the shampoo does not have too strong of a smell - I'm not one of those women who wants to walk around with my hair smelling like strawberries or coconut. :) The shampoo washes out good, does not leave any kind of residue and does not make my hair heavy or greasy. Now, I have not really noticed any "cleanse and mend" properties but then again, my expectations are realistic and I know that no shampoo can mend the split ends!

Does what it claims to!

By

from Grapevine, TX

Comments about Aussie Cleanse & Mend Shampoo:

I have long hair that is naturally straight/slightly wavy and average thickness. I've tried MANY brands of shampoo (Dove, Pantene, Garnier, TreSemme...) but this one is by FAR my favorite! This makes my hair clean, soft, and shiny and does not leave a buildup like other shampoos. If you get greasy roots and split ends, this definitely will help. I've used it for about 4 months now and while I still have to wash my hair daily, one pump of the bottle is plenty and cleans my roots well. The smell is nice but does not last all day and is not overpowering at all. It will not fix split ends you already have, but after a haircut and continual use, this product made my hair healthier and I have noticed less split ends/no frizz!
