I am one of those unfortunate women who has fine, thin, and flat hair which can make it pretty difficult for me to style my hair and hold my hairstyle all daylong. I rely on Aussie Aussome Volume Styling mousse to help me with my hair dilemma. I spray about a golf ball size amount of this styling mousse into my palm after I get out of the shower and have washed my hair and run this mousse through my hair. Then I evenly distribute this mousse through my hair by combing the product through my hair. Then I blow dry my hair until it is completely dry so that I can style my hair. I then use my heat styling product whether it is my hair straightener or my curling iron and then I style my hair. Thanks to Aussie's Aussome Volume Styling Mousse I can create a voluminous hair style that lasts all day long. This mousse makes my hair smell great. I would definitely recommend this mousse to any of my friends especially my friends who have hard to style hair like mine.

I use this product every day. It's on my amazon subscription list because I use it so much and it works very good for my hair. I have that sort of hair that isn't curly unless you use a product on it but if I don't use anything then it looks kind of bad. This mousse helps to voluminous my hair and it makes it curly as well. Which is a win win because it also smells really good. I really like the smell of Aussie products, and when they work really well that is such a bonus. I use this after my shower every morning when my hair is still pretty damp. This does extend the drying time it takes for my hair but that is ok. I will just use a blow dryer on my hair and this product doesn't disappear like some products do when you heat them up. My hair is also pretty limp and fine even though I have a slight waive to it. I really need a product to help boost up my volume and make it look like I have more hair then I really do. This stuff does what it intends to do plus some. Simply cannot go wrong with this stuff.

I love my Aussie Aussome Volume styling mousse! It works well on my hair and doesn't leave it feeling heavy or stiff. The feel of the mousse itself when it is dispensed is lightweight which may be why it gives more volume to the hair. It works well on my permed hair and doesn't make it feel or look "wet" and seems to really help with frizzies. The one thing that does happen to me at times is that the actual dispensing mechanism on the bottle can be hard to push at first, and this most recent container even broke. While not the cheapest mousse brand, the value and performance of the Aussie Aussome Volume styling mousse makes it worth the price.I also love the smell! My niece was thrilled when visiting me because this is her favorite brand of mousse also!

Aussie Aussome Volume Styling Mousse is the only mousse that I would ever recommend. It holds perfectly. It doesn't make your hair all stiff and unmanageable. It makes it perfect and it still moves that way that you want it to. My daughter and I both use this to bring the curls of our hair out more. I have tried different other types of mousse products, but they would make our hair stiff and then flakes would appear throughout the day, which is a real disappointment. Or the hold would stop in the  middle of the day and we don't have time to redo it. But Aussie is totally aussome and I would recommend this product to anyone who is in need of it. I love that the smell is perfect. It's not too strong and it's not too weak. I also enjoy how easy it is to use. The only bad thing is that after taking the top off, it is kind-of hard to get it back on, so we ended up just throwing the top away. But other than that, it is the perfect product.****

I usually try to stay away from volume mousses. My hair is very curly and I usually wear it down to my shoulders or shorter -- so I have to be careful about too much volume. This mousse is truly fantastic though, for the price. It does the job as well as much more exensive mousses. It helps tame the frizz, which is a must considering I live in a humid, subtropical climate (Florida), but also helps give my curls just enough boost. A lot of thick mousses can actually weigh my curls down but this one has a lighter feel to it. One of my favorite things about this mousse is the phenomenal smell. It is just fabulous! However, by the end of the day, I can usually see some residue from the mousse -- mainly at my roots. I am not sure if this is noticable to anyone else, but I don't particularly like to see it myself. Beyond that, I am a huge fan of this product and continue to use it on a regular basis.

This mousse is a must have for both myself and my teenage daughter - we go through bottles and bottles of this mousse per month.  My daughter has naturally curly, very long hair and she uses this mousse to keep her curls from getting frizzy but also not weighing down her hair.  This mousse does a wonderful job and compares to the salon mousses that we have bought in the past.  The aussie brand is much less than half price of the salon mousses so that is a huge plus for us.  My daughter just said that she gets tons of compliments on the smell of her hair when she uses this mousse.  I use it to add volume and when I want to scrunch my hair - it makes for a very easy hair do day when I scrunch with the mousse.  Overall this is salon quality for so much less of a cost.  Also when Proctor and Gamble sends coupons we take advantage of the even lower price plus coupon savings.  Wonderful product and a must have beauty item in my home!

The hold on this product is not very good at all. I always had to use in in conjunction with a hairspray product (I used Herbal Essences hairspray). Also, after the first few times I used the product, it stopped being a foam, and squirted out gel instead.  The gel made my hair clumpy, and I lacked the volume that the packaging advertises. Not a fan, nor will I spend money on this product again, but I suppose it's an average product.

I love this mousse.  It is heavy enough that I don't have to use a ton of spray gel with it on my thick curly and frizzy hair.  It adds definition to my curls without buildup and stickiness.  It's a great price as well!

I like the Aussie product name. I used it twenty years ago when I was running with a perm, but discontinued use after I discontinued my perm. Looking for a good product line I could get at the grocery story or drug store, I decided to try Aussie again. While I really like the Auusie Aussome Volume Hair Spray, I'm not totally satisfied with the Styling Mousse.I'm not looking for hold out of my mousse, as that's what I want the hair spray for. I'm just looking for a product that really puts that volume into my hair. I am an 80s girl after all. What I found with the Aussie Aussome Volume Styling Mousse is that iit does give me that volume that I'm looking for.However, that volume comes with a price. Sometimes I've noticed some pesky flaking. We all know that characteristic of a mousse, gel, or hair spray. We've all used products like that. As it dries, and you start to run your fingers through it, it starts to flake away at the roots. The trouble with this is that it can look like you have dandruff. As much as I like my volume, I don't want to sacrifice it to a look of dandruff.It means that it's probably going to take a combination of products to accomplish the look I'm going for. I I want to keep using the Aussie Aussome Volume Hairspray, but I don't want to keep using this mousse. It'll be back to the drawing board for me.
