Aussie Aussome Volume Hairspray Y Maximum Hold 10 oz —

Back in the day, when it was the in thing, I had a perm. Our way of taking care of perms back then was to leave it as curly as possible. I used Aussie Hair Salad as it protected that curl and kept it throughout the day. I haven't used Aussie hair products since the days of having a perm, but looking for a family of products for my hair, I decided to try out the Aussie product line again, although nothing will ever be as cool as using something called "hair salad."

Because I'm a girl from the 80s, even if I no longer get perms, I still want big hair. I want volume. I struggle to find a hairspray that will keep that hold throughout the day, yet not be sticky or stiff. I checked out the Aussie line and found Aussie Volume and thought I would try the Aussie Volume Hair Spray.

I found a hair spray that is finally doing the job I want, after trying far too many that don't seem to do the job at all. It's not too expensive, around $3.69, and can be found at any drugstore or grocery store. With a lower price and easily accessible, if it would work, it would be ideal.

It does work. Aussie Volume Hair Spray holds my hair throughout the day, keeps the curl (okay, I no longer get a perm, but I abandoned the straight look I had for awhile and went back to using the curling iron) and keeps it soft and manageable. It's not sticky or stiff. I can run my fingers through it without them getting stuck, and it keeps that style. Aussie has come a long way since the years of Hair Salad.
