I tend to get pretty dry skin in the winter so a good body polish buffs those dry patches and leaves me with soft, smooth skin.  I have had a few jars of Aura Cacia nourishing body polish in lavender for a little while now and I love how smooth it makes my skin feel.  It's organic sugar cane granules lift away dull skin as creamy shea butter, coconut oil and vitamin E restore skin's vitality and radiance.  The calming and relaxing lavender aroma is a great aromatherapy experience in your shower or bath.  Just apply liberally and use circular motions all over your body to achieve the best results.  Just stay away from use on your face.  It tends to get pretty slippery on the shower floor, so be careful when using it to not slip and fall.  When using this body scrub it's like having a spa in your own home.  It is very calming and relaxing and it makes me not want to get out of the shower.
