The old adage "You get what you pay for" almost always holds true in electronics, and this example is no different.  It's a cheap system that provides surround sound via 5 speakers and 1 subwoofer and has a 5-disc DVD changer included.  The major problem with this system is that it can only seem to handle activity for about 2 hours.  Not a problem if you're watching a short movie, of course, but on the frequent occasion that I watch a movie longer than that or want to use it as a speaker system for my iPod for any length of time, it's an issue.  Basically, it seems to overheat and just stops...
