Comments about Aubrey Organics Creme de la Shave - Orange Cream:

I use natural body care products and I love citrus scents, orange especially.  How excited was I when I found Aubrey Organics Creme de la Shave - Orange Cream shaving cream, that's made with all natural ingredients and has a scent called "Orange Cream"!  Unfortunately, the scent is horribly falsified, because it should be called "Lavender" - probably my least favorite scent.

This shaving cream comes in a 4 ounce tube and is said to be "ultra moisturizing".  Aubrey Organics offers it in: Orange Cream, Raspberry Honey and Toasted Almond.

I love that **Aubrey Organics Creme de la Shave - Orange Cream **is made with all natural ingredients, isn't tested on animals and is biodegradable, but the scent is just horrible.  With a scent like "orange cream", I conjured up images of Orange Dreamsicles or Sunkist soda with vanilla ice cream.  What really comes in the tube is a shaving cream that smells like 100% lavender - no orange or creamy type of scent whatsoever.  I have a major aversion to lavender because it stinks and gives me a headache, so imagine my disappointment.

I do like the actual shaving cream though.  It's a thick cream that really coats your legs and provides a nice shave.  It's made with excellent ingredients like: apricot kernel oil, aloe, coconut soap, witch hazel and many more.  Although there is lemon peel oil, orange peel oil, mandarin peel oil and grapefruit oil in this shave cream, you can't smell them.  Perhaps they are being overtaken by the patchouli oil, bergamot oil, lavender, rosewood and cedarwood oils.

After shaving with this product, my legs are nice and soft and moisturized, but I just can't stand the smell.  If you don't mind the scent of lavender, you would probably really enjoy this shaving cream.  It's made with excellent ingredients and performs great, just smells horrible!
