watching my weight
Cons
    super restrictive with carbs, hard to stick to, I don't think it's healthy long term, very severe, not enough fiber, atkins brand foods are hard to find, atkins supplements were discontinued, even fruits, veggies & grains are NONOs, Good foods are BAD on this diet
