Pros

    fast results, good for certain types of people, no calorie counting, eat foods like bacon, never hungry, can eat meats and cheeses

Cons
    atkins brand foods are hard to find, atkins supplements were discontinued

I am on Atkins again after a successful weight loss. This diet really works well for me. It makes my skin clear up, my dandruff disappear and my weight drops. I moderate what I eat, lots of green leafy veggies, a mix of proteins including chicken, fish and beef. I have strawberries, cheese and nuts. I have found that measuring helps a great deal. Even though there are not any restrictions on amounts eaten, I find that measuring helps me know exactly what I am eating.

This diet works so well for me that I have actully been told to go on it by my doctors. Each person is different, but the lo carb moderate amounts of good fats works for me.

This is the only diet regimen that always works for me....and come to think of it, I better get back on. Nice review.
