Growing up when we had aches and pains my mom would always put Bengay on us. I remember it burning for a few minutes before going off to sleep. I can not complain about the healing effects of BenGay it always seemed to make us feel better.
When my daughter had a back ache a couple of years ago I put some BenGay on her back. She screamed and cried from the burning pain. read full review »While on an out of town trip for the 4th of July last year, my Fibromyalgia flared up. I didn't want to miss out on the fireworks and disappoint my family, but my regular prescription pain medication just wasn't dealing with the joint pain. My husband went to a local store and bought a tube of Aspercreme for me. What a relief! Within minutes my shoulders, elbows, hips and knees were feeling much looser. read full review »I have severe osteoarthritis and take Voltaren twice a day. When the weather turns for the worse or I am on my feet more I have a great deal more pain in my knees (and other areas).
I rub about a teaspoon into each of my knees and the pain is more controlled (I have nearly no cartilage in both of my knees and my Rheumatologist is always amazed that I do not have more pain). I find that I have much less pain and walking the dog or doing my other activities suddenly become easier. I actually use my hands to apply as I also have arthritis there and figure that I can also decreas pain in these areas...
