Well, I have these exact shoes for women, and they are wonderful.  I don't really have much to compare to, since the first time I started running I went to a shoe store and got personally fitted for these shoes, but I do hear horrid feet stories sometimes.  I have never had a horrid feet story, thanks to these shoes.  They cause me no problems ever, until I run too many miles on them.  About when they hit mile 450, they started immediately to make my feet and ankles hurt.  But then I just bought new ones and they were amazing.  As I said, I have never tried another shoe since I started running pretty recently, but I will continue to wear these shoes for the rest of my life.
