Asics makes the best running shoes. They are very comfortable, well-constructed, and durable. I highly recommend them. My current pair has lasted two and a half years and I have bought another pair to replace them when they finally wear out. They provide good cushioning for both indoor and outdoor running. I have worn many brands over the years and nothing begins to compare to Asics. They are not inexpensive, but they are not overpriced and they are definitely worth the investment for anyone who runs regularly. On the track, most serious runners who I see are wearing Asics. While there are multiples models available, they all have the same distinctive pattern which makes them easy to recognize, even from a distance. They look nice in addition to being very functional. When friends or family members ask me to recommend a good running shoe, I am happy to steer them toward Asics. My daughter began running a few months ago and Asics was the only shoe I suggested for her. She has been very happy and has enjoyed the comfort which she experiences with her shoes. I really cannot think of anything negative to say about Asics. I am not big on testimonials and I rarely make product recommendations to anybody (as I know that people's tastes and preferences differ greatly). I am pleased, though, to be able to recommend Asics to anyone who is serious about running. I hope that this review is helpful and informative to anybody trying to decide on the best running shoe.
