I purchased a Leather Love Seat and couch from Ashley Furniture in February of 2008 and also purchased the 5 year warranty. The dye started comng off both pieces about 5 days past the 1 year manufacturers warranty. I called Guardsman and they advised that this should be covered under the defective workmanship warranty and not the accidental damage warranty. I then called the Ashley Home store where I purchased the items and they transferred me to their main office in Ky. The service was great and the sales people were helpful in helping me make my selections. THey made it very easy to make my selections and get every thing I wanted and get it delivered to me. They make it very easy to view their products and make a good decision for your home. I would defenitly recommend them for furnature selections and they had a very good sale going also.
