Great rates, low closing cost and fast close.

paying cash, practical, an aggressive investor, an aggressive saver, on a strict budget

Ashford provided the best rates I could find, and I shopped A LOT. Great rates with low closing costs, no points for the the great rate, and they closed it all in 20 days at the seller's request. They made it very easy for me even though we were working long distance, doing everything by email and getting a Power of Attorney so my husband could sign for me. Very efficient and cost effective. They did sell the loan to Wells Fargo right after closing, but that's ok because the terms are the same and Wells Fargo is my bank anyway. Thanks Ashford.
