As Seen On TV side to side twister Review

the siide to side twiser is a great instrument for the first couple of weeks.  After several weeks the side of the twister loosen and I couln't tighten it back up.  I finally got a regular chair, sat in it and twisted from side to side.  This had the same effect as the twist and it was free.  I suggest you get a straight chair as your twister and this way it will save you money and you can do it whever you decide to go,  I love the idea of a chair as a twister and this really worked well for me.
