As Seen On TV Vidalia Chop Wizard Chopper Review

I'm usually very skeptical of anything I see on TV - but I was able to get a first-hand account of the Vidalia Chop Wizard thanks to my job.  I am the host of a local radio morning show, and we have a group of community moms that reviews items and then comes on the air to let our listeners know which of the  products they've tried  is definitely worth seeking out, and which they should avoid.  We did an "As Seen On TV" segment - and the Vidalia Chop Wizard was given firmly positive reviews!  Then my daughter saw the piece referencing the Chop Wizard on my station blog page - and called to tell me that she'd been given one by her boss the previous Christmas by her boss, and has used it on a daily basis since...  that was all the convincing I needed.

What a difference it's made in my life!  This product is so easy to use, so easy to clean, and yields such perfect results, I find myself looking for excuses to use it.  Our biggest coup - homemade home fries.  The chopper makes dicing a little onion and cutting perfectly shaped potatoes a breeze - we discovered (my husband and I - he's as big a fan of the Chop Wizard as I am!) that all we have to do is add some butter, paprika, garlic salt and pepper to the potatoes in a microwave-safe glass dish, cook on high for about 10 minutes, and we have a batch of homefries that will rival that of any of our favorite breakfast restaurants.

I've recommended it over and over again to friends, bought three to give as gifts this Christmas, and have decided that if I were ever caught in a house fire, this is one of the things I'd grab before I fled!  OK, I may be exaggerating a bit there - but boy, am I glad I discovered this happy kitchen tool.
