I love this!  It is easy to put together and easy to use.  There are so many exercises to choose from.  Plus it is easy to make up your own exercises.  That might be my favorite part.  To use this all you do is strap it on your feet and grab the bar and go at any exercise.  You could incorporate this into any exercise.  I stood straight up and without turning my body I leaned as far to one side as I could to work out my love handles.  I made it up myself.  It worked.  I was sore the next day.  I also used this for sit ups.  There isn't much you couldn't do with this awesome bar.  I also like how you can change the resistance.  All you have to do is turn the bar so that the bands wrap around the bar.  If you want to put it back to normals just slightly let your grip go and the bar will unravel itself.  I did not like that it only came with a 90 day warranty.  But it guess it is a bar and a band so what could really happen anways.
