I originally bought my Shark Steam Mop online, and paid way too much for it. I didn't realize I'd paid too much until I started finding it in just about every store for much less money. I love the Shark Steam Mop, it has many benefits and it's easy to use. However, mine broke after only six months. I tried to send it back, but it was going to cost me almost as much as it would be to buy a new one in a store. So, I went to Bed, Bath and Beyond and used a 20% off coupon and purchased a new one. The best feature about this is that it really cleans your floors. My entire first floor is wood floors, and I usually use two pads to clean the upstairs. But since you can wash and resuse them, which I do regularly and they're still in great shape, I don't mind swapping them out. I wish I didn't have to refill it twice while I'm cleaning, but I've heard the newer version has a bigger canister to hold water. Also, the handle is a bit flimsy, and could be taller. Maybe the newer Steam Mop has improvements to this as well.
