I'm on my feet all day long moving from operatory to operatory, unfortunatly I suffer from calloused dry feet. In these economic times I don't have the money or the time to go to the spa and get a pedicure every other week. I purchased the PedEgg from Wal-Mart in their As Seen on TV display, took it home and decided to get it a try. The directions were a bit unnerving, be sure to stroke in and up and down motion, never side to side. Well, coordination has never been a strong suit for me. I grabbed the PedEgg firmly and started slowly scraping up and down, careful not to slip side to side. I was unsuccessful at removing more than a fine layer of skin being so causious, so I got a bit more aggressive. Applying just a bit more pressure I did notice more skin being removed, but not much. Determined to master the PedEgg I gave it my best, pressed firmly and scrapped faster, bad idea the PedEgg slipped to the side and sliced my foot in roughly 7 areas. No lasting damage to my foot, but needless to say, the PedEgg found a new home right in the garbage can.
