When I first logged on to their website everything looked very simple. Once I entered my debit card number, I kept getting pop up screen after pop up screen, trying to get me to purchase additional items. I mean it was neverending!

Every FREE thing that is offered on the commercials costs extra money to "ship" to you so they aren't actually free. They totally inflate the shipping costs so that it pays for the extra products.

I waited, and waited, and waited for my Ped Egg to arrive. I never even opened the box. RETURN TO SENDER was immediately placed on the packaging and I put it in my mailbox for the postman to take right back.

It's now been six weeks and I'm STILL waiting for my refund. . . I called Customer Service and they gave me the run around about it "not being long enough" for the return and credit to be processed. C'mon - Give me a break!!! Did I mention that this was AFTER I was on hold for at least 20 mins.?

I'm sure I will be out the shipping though...

She rated the company and the website, not the product!

It's too bad you had such a bad experience ordering the product because it is great! But I bought mine at Bed, Bath, and Beyond, where it was only $10 ($8 after I used one of the billion 20 percent off coupons from there that I have). I'm glad I didn't try to order it from the infomercial!

One tip...check out Wal-mart first before you buy "As seen on TV" products...Wal-mart will refund. A lot less of a hassle.

Bummer. I hate when I run into problems like this with products.
