I purchased this at one of the major stores because I knew I could return it if I wasn't happy. Well that was a few months ago and it is in my pedicure bag. I love it. It is very simple to use and does a great job. I have had the two pieces seperate a few times, but other then that it works great. I used to use a razor on my heels but I have not used it since I bought this. I have bought 2 more to use as gifts in some gift baskets I am making for special occasions. I know they will be as happy as I am. I now save $25 on pedicures and instead take myself to a coffee shop and enjoy a new book. I love wearing sandles and showing off my great looking feet. Enjoy!

this is a good product but it is better to buy it from a store than from their website. I am still trying to get my money back and it is taking over 2 months now
