I ordered the H2O mop but didn't have great expectations.
I was pleasantly surprised at how well it works. It uses hot steam to clean and disinfect floors and walls. No chemical cleaners are necessary unless the wall or floor is super dirty.
You just fill the reservoir with water and in less than 2 minutes you have steam. Then just gently roll over the area and it is done!
The unit itself is very light weight.

My sister got the H2O for her white ceramic tile floor. i was totally impressed by the wonderful job this cleaner did. No loud noise as there is with other cleaners. My sisters floor was literally shinning within minutes and with total ease.
Being a doubter, I decided to get the H20 cleaner "for my carpets" and see if the claim made on the television infomercial was accurate. Actualy it wasn't accurate, it was even better than they claimed. My white carpet had never looked this good since it was installed. it got out some horrible spots and made my room smell good again.

This is so far superior to a regular mop. We have messy winters in New England and my front hallway (sealed hardwood) was full of footprints. (2 dogs, husband, 2 teenage sons) This product is great because there is no rinsing, and no residue of any kind. I used to have to mop with cleaner, rinse with clear water, and dry with a towel. Now I just use the steam cleaner and let dry. There have been no streaks whatsoever and I think the floor looks cleaner than it did before.

The H20 Electronic Floor Mop is a definite plus for me because of a spinal cord disorder. Back in the day, my mother taught me the only way to really clean a floor good was down on your knees. Time and an injury will not allow me to do it this way. The H20 works real well as long as you sweep up and/or vacuum before you use this. It does not pick up crumbs or debrie on the floor. One of the things that drew me to buy the mop is that all you use to clean is water...no harsh chemicals. The mop steams up the water and it does clean...very well! I've just seen the commercial for The H20 Ultra Mop Platinum. I'm glad I have read the reviews of ViewPoints. I feel if a product is good there should not be any negative reviews of the product not working properly. I am soo pleased there are sites such as Viewpoints. So that consumer do not waste thier money times are too hard .

I bought this mop because a friend bought it and she loved it. I almost went for the Shark mop since it was cheaper, but the fact that the H2O Mop has a swivel head and it's shape is triangular convinced me to buy this one. I was NOT disappointed! I have a lot of tile in my house and I manage just fine with the two pads that come with the mop. I love the fact that you do not need to buy or use any chemicals with this mop since I do have young children and a dog. My floor looks so clean after I use it and it really does get up a lot of debris! I would recommend this mop to anyone!

You take one look at this mop and honestly, you will frown and think to yourself yea right another mop to add to back of closet.
But after the frist use I doudt you will want to use any other.I clean house's six day's a week and I will tell you I love it .No messy buckets to fill and carry around. Easy to change mop heads.Dries without leaving streaks on hardwood. Leaves tile looking amazing. No strong smelling cleaners. Just a fresh scent thru the house. Cuts cleaning time,fits into small spaces, The only draw back I can find with the H2O mop is the short cord.
When I use it on my kitchen floor it makes it look new. It is one of the best investments that I have maded in a long time.
I just received my h2o mop and was a lil unsure of how it would work. I just did my kitchen floor and i "LOVED" it. I have to be honest and say i didnt mop my floor for 2 weeks because i was waiting till i got the H2O to see how it would do. I have a huge kitchen floor that i usually have mop it then mop it again, it would take me aleast an hour and a half or more to do it, and would have to take breaks till i got it all done.
