George Foreman knows how to knock out the fat!!
This unit truly excels in getting the Job Done! It meets and exceeds all of my expectations. It makes excellent roast chicken better than my regular oven would do!! I love it!!
There are no temp settings to be bothered with. You just set it to the amount of time that you want the food to cook, and forget it! I like to put some lemon juice on the chicken first and then put some dry rub on it after tying it down so that the legs and wings don't stick out. I then put the bird on the spit, place it in the unit, turn it on and forget it.

I love to cook but appreciate convience of good kitchen appliances. Thinking a rotisserie would be a great help in the kitchen, i bought the largest George Forman rotisserie. After using my rotisserie, I wasn't impressed. It only held a small amount of food, not enough for small turkey as advertised. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
