Quick View: I am a sucker for exercise gadgets. I have loads of them. Some are worthless and some actually work quite well. I saw the Easy Curves "thing" on TV late one night and, as usual, ended up ordering it. I was baited a bit by the low price because the shipping is more than the actual gadget but still, I think Easy Curves was worth the price I paid.

About the As Seen on TV Easy Curves

Easy Curves is a long plastic stick with padded hand grips and a resistance circle in the middle. There are six levels of resistance. The idea is to firm and lift the bust by using the resistance of pulling the the sliding part of the bar out and pushing it back in. There are 10 exercises you can do with the bar to firm the chest area and to lift the bust. I find it works my arms just as much as my chest. The claims are that the average woman's bust will go from 36.4" to 37.2" with five minutes a day usage over a 30 day period. The gadget is guaranteed and you can send it back within 60 days for your money back but the shipping and handling isn't returned so really, it isn't worth it. The bar cost only $9.99 but shipping is $12.83. I hate that.

Anyway, I didn't buy this to increase my bust size (really!), I bought it because I am in my 40's and EVERYTHING is less firm than it was 20 years ago and I am fighting gravity until the bitter end. You can firm the bust line with free weights doing butterflies and other exercises so this really isn't some kind of miracle gadget. However, I find it easy to do and challenging. I have the resistance set on 4 and do the exercises daily. I have only done this for about two weeks but I feel it not just in my chest area but my arms as well. And I do feel firmer. I don't have cantaloupe boobs but my chest muscles are getting stronger and firmer.

Note that this gadget (or ANY gadget) cannot actually make your bust larger. The increase comes from lifting and firming what you already have. I just wanted to make that clear because it is a tad misleading to say that your bust will enlarge. It will appear larger because it is lifted and firmer.

My Viewpoint

Easy Curves is an easy system that will help to firm the bust area and actually works the biceps as well. Anyone can do it. It's not complicated or very taxing. You can achieve the same results with weights and other exercises but this little gadget does do most of what it claims. I haven't measured myself and probably won't, but I am just looking to firm every part of my body and this helps. If I were you, though, I would wait until the gadget goes on sale at other websites and get it for less shipping. It comes to $22.82 with shipping. The actual gadget is only $9.99. I give this 4 stars but don't expect miracles, just a little "lift" where you need it.

UPDATE: July 13, 2008 -  I continue to use this bar on level 6 and have seen an incredible change in my back and shoulder muscles as well as the tops of my shoulders, arms, and chest. I use it now for 20 minutes a day and have found new exercises to work the backs of my arms, biceps, and shoulders. It's still working fine. Just beware of the vitamin offer on the site. Cancel IMMEDIATELY when you receive your bar and you should be fine. The bar is still not selling in stores or on other sites but probably will be soon. I'll update when it does go mainstream.

That probably means that the arm with the one that sags most is weaker. You may want to try lifting a light weight every couple of days about 10-15 times to strengthen it. But yes, you can actually work harder on one side than the other. There are exercises that work just one side. If you get this, just do more of the exercises on your "bad" side and less on the firmer side. That should work to even things up. You can also call and ask their customer service department. They actually know a little about the product which is unusual with operators who take orders.

If I were you, I would keep the resistance down and get through all the exercises then move up. There's no rush and you don't want to end up sore. Hope all goes well for you. Firm them babies up! :)

lehmanm wrote on Aug 14, 2008 at 1:37PM

ok i have a small but large problem, one of my boobs sags lower then the other, and its very noticable, do you think this will work for my chest??

kerianis wrote on Aug 13, 2008 at 8:11PM

i got mine today and even though I dance I realize I am really weak and out of shape in the open area. I did the first 5 minutes part A in #3 and i am sore lol I will keep you updated I guess I will stay in 5 minutes until I can increase at least to 4 lol Hope it works for me. I will ask you once I am getting firmer to show me other ones that I can do with the bar =)

In response to lfoste15's comment from Aug 12, 2008 at 4:41PM:

Hi there! Well the claims are that the bust will actually go up a half of an inch or so because you are lifting it up and out. But I really haven't seen any change in size that is that noticeable. My sister DID ask when I got big boobs yesterday and I was just wearing a tank top so... I don't think you will lose any size. I think, if you tend to sag a bit, you will see some lift and "perkiness". Smaller cups don't sag as much as larger ones so you're lucky in that way. If you have any excess fat around the back area (bra strap area), you can firm that up though. I guess depends on whether you feel you need a little lift or not. But don't worry that you will lose what you have. You have to do aerobics and lose fat to do that.

I haven't ordered Easy curves yet. I am really curious about it. I have a small bust (34 B) and I know that by adding muscle it burns fat so I do not need to lose any more fat on the bust area or do anything to make them seem smaller so do you girls think this product would be good for me to use? or do you think it will make them look smaller? Just wondering before I go through the trouble of wasting my time and money for something that doesn't work!!

In response to zee123's comment from Aug 11, 2008 at 7:09PM:

Hi. Nothing can really add size to the breast except fat/weight gain. This bar firms them so that they are lifted and may appear a little larger simply because they aren't sagging. I certainly didn't gain any boobage (I wouldn't have minded!) but what I have is firm and not saggy like many other almost 45 year old women's chests. So, I would say no, you won't get bigger, just firmer.

zee123 wrote on Aug 11, 2008 at 7:09PM

Hi! just want to ask one question? I have big boobs and I need to firm them, you think this bar will works for me, may be it makes them more big????

In response to CarlyMi's comment from Aug 10, 2008 at 10:19PM:

Certainly you can try the vitamins if you think they will help but I don't know of any vitamin that can target any area. They SAY they can but they can't. I take a woman's daily multi and Omega 3 and the bar is working just fine for me without the expensive supplements. Looking forward to your progress report. lol.

In response to kerianis's comment from Aug 10, 2008 at 5:48PM:

I lost three inches under my bust and I am a small person. I must have had a lot of "junk" around there! It can tone the upper back muscles and shoulder area. Everyone is different so some will see a lot of change and some not much. I think the bar can firm up that area though but you need to use it on a high resistance (4 to 6) to do it. You can also use 3 pound weights and stand up and open your arms to the side facing opposite walls then close the arms with work arms almost straight out in front of you. Those are butterflies and they work the chest and back area as well. Good luck!

In response to PattyTherre's comment from Aug 10, 2008 at 3:19AM:

yes, i notice a lot of the other areas toning up as well. It takes dedication, that's for sure. I'll do my workout without the vitamins then. Thank You Patty. I'll keep you updated on the progress. :)

In response to kerianis's comment from Aug 3, 2008 at 3:19PM:

thanks, I haven't gotten mine yet. I lost a lot of weight and they are saggy but still my arms are so big and fabby too. I lost a cup of fat and that is why they look bad =(

so I read that build and firm and lose the far around your chest but based on qhat I read here it helps arms too. But, what about the love handles in the back of the bra. Would it help for that too

looking forward to get it and start 5 then 10 and finish with 20 mins a day

In response to CarlyMi's comment from Aug 10, 2008 at 2:42AM:

It's great to see that someone else has had success! Watch the "back fat" disappear! I couldn't believe how that area toned up. The vitamins I don't think add much. If you take a good multi and eat well, you don't need their vitamins. I didn't even look at what was in them because I take my own. I'm sure they couldn't hurt but I doubt they will help. It's the physical work that does it. Let me know how you are doing after a few more weeks. :)

CarlyMi wrote on Aug 10, 2008 at 2:42AM

I order the easy curves online and to my surprise I got in the mail less than a week. I didn't pay for any special shipping either. The product works really well. I started on level 4 but now I am on level 6. I only had the product for two weeks now and i can see an improvement especially on the upper outer side of my breast. I had gain excessive weight and I had some of the fat flap. Very unflattering esp. in a bathing suit. With the easy curves, the flap is NO MORE. I been doing the sequence A, section 3 more during my workout since that's was a problem area.

At my first week, I started off with 5 minutes, as days progress I notice my muscles forming and i felt the muscle ache too. I was very happy to see actual resulted in just a few days. Now at my second week, My workout is now 15-20 minutes since i workout my tricep as well.

I haven't tried the vitamins supplements yet? has anyone tried it? What are your thoughts?

In response to kerianis's comment from Aug 3, 2008 at 3:19PM:

I do it 20 minutes a day on level six but had to build up. I don't think five minutes a day will do wonders but, if you concentrate and really isolate the chest muscles, you will see them working and you will get results eventually. I lost almost 3 inches from UNDER my bust which must have been fat. Gross. I went down a bra size around, stayed the same cup size. I experimented with different ways to use the bar. On the heavier resistance, putting the bar behind my head and pulling it up with one hand works the triceps. (You hold the bottom of the bar with one hand and pull the top part up with the other hand). It wasn't a huge and fast transformation but I did see changes and continue to. You will naturally tone your shoulders and back because of how you use the bar so eventually you will see that as you do it. I would do at least 10 minutes a day building up resistance so it isn't TOO hard but a challenge. It's so easy that you can do it while watching TV. Do it slow and really isolate the chest muscles. That will get you faster results. I now added modified push ups because my arms got stronger and those are great for the chest and arms. The bar gave me the strength I needed to do the push ups. Good luck. I hope you see and feel results fast. But they ship slowwwwwwwww. Be patient.

i just ordered one. I used to have great chest but lost a lot of weight and now my pride and joy lol needs good bra to look amazing. I called and if you order over the phone you dont need to order the vitamins. Have a question. Does 5 minutes everyday will really do wonders? What about my triceps? You said that you found more exercises that now is 30 mins a day. Where did you find them? Any tips to expedite my results? I want to be great and ready for Halloween =)

In response to jessilou0515's comment from Jul 30, 2008 at 2:32PM:

The only place selling the bar is still the official site: http://www.easycurves.com.
You will get vitamins with your order and you have to call ASAP to cancel and all should be well. You may want to call and see if you can order without the vitamins if you don't want to try them. This isn't a miracle bar but it sure did define my shoulders, back, upper arms, and, yes, even my chest. lol.

where can i or how can i purchase one.

In response to bobear345's comment from Jul 13, 2008 at 2:24AM:

Not yet but give it a little while and it will start showing up at certain stores. I was looking to see if it would be ordered anywhere else and it can't be yet. After the newness wears off, it will be selling on other sites and at stores like TJ Maxx and maybe Wal-Mart. It's better to get it elsewhere because the site now pushes vitamins and it's a hassle to cancel them. Too bad because the actual bar is really great. My shoulders and back muscles are amazingly defined because of the bar and my arms are more defined. Chest is lifted but not bigger (I lost body fat from working out and naturally lost some there. Sigh.). If they start selling this at stores, I will post it here and let you know.

bobear345 wrote on Jul 13, 2008 at 2:24AM

i would just like to know, is this product available at a drug store such as CVS or Walgreens? because i would rather not have to order it and wait for it if i need it before a certain date.

I did it again! I must double click. Well, to add to my last comment (I duplicated it by mistake and am now editing the second one), perhaps people should wait until Easy Curves is sold on other sites before purchasing. It looks like the official site isn't too stable at this point and I don't want anyone getting ripped off because I recommenced a product.

I think it's new and suddenly they are getting more orders than they can handle. I had no problems at all with shipping. I ordered, it came in about a week. I hate to see companies that aren't prepared for the onslaught when they do infomercials end up getting all messed up and ruining their reputations. Leg Magic is like that. I read terrible things about the site so I bought my machine off the official site and am very pleased. Meanwhile people are still complaining about the official Leg Magic site. Thank you for that info. I had no idea there were issues with the shipping and such now. I guess I was an early adopter or just lucky!
