My sister purcahsed the abrail for our home. I do not like it at all. It supossedly make you do crunches correctly. It also supposed to make it easier for you to do the crunches. Its weird and uncomfortable. the pillows included sometimes slip. which is really bad! They are there to support your head and back. If they are not there you would probably we better off doing the crunches yourself. you can easily get out of correct position also. the sliding bar make your arms go too far foward if youre not careful, and sometimes even if you are.  It is also in the way even if you fold it.
