As Seen On TV Ab Roller Review

Saw the "Ab Roller" on television, but did not want to pay the price plus shipping and handling. Watched it over and over wondering if it would really do what it claimed. Hated to pay that much money if it did not work, so did not take the chance. 

One day while shopping at Target we saw the "Ab Roller" being sold there, so we decided to buy it. If it was not a sturdy product or did not do what it claimed, we could always return it.

This is a sturdy machine! You almost can't call it a machine, but since is does have rollers, it is a machine. Quiet, not a bunch of noise.

Can store it in your bedroom or in the closet, but does not actually fold up to put under the bed.

While using the machine, the back does take pressure off your lower back while doing crunches. Your back kind of feels like it is being massaged. Can actually feel that it does work.

Is a little pricey for the type of machine it is, but is a good product if you use it. I do not use it like I should.
