Artscow Review

I have been using Artscow for my photobooks as they have flexiblility for photo and text layouts.  In fact I have recommended several new customers for them!  However throughout the months I have been using their service, I have had to log several complaints directly with the company.  Each time, the "fault" was supposed to be mine!!!!  The photos and texts were cut off, even though the previews looked good.  They charged foreign exchange fees even though the charges are supposed to be in US currencies!    There is no "escape route" when you are placing the order, even when you know at the time of ordering, a mistake is being made, you cannot cancel the order, and HAVE TO PAY FOR YOUR MISTAKE!.  Since their so-call customer service hours are restricted, you can never get through, and even when you do, you don't get any "customer service".  Their promotions and advertisements are very deceptive and intentionally misleading - as they will charge you for their DECEPTIONS.  BEWARE!!!!
