Artic Spa Hot tub Review

We shopped for an outdoor spa for a long time.  We were concerned with warranty and longevity, not a 12 person tub with a TV and wet bar.  All of the tubs we looked at were able to be lifted by me - a 90 lb duckling.  Arctic spa was untippable, unliftable and the only spa we could find that really was durable and came with an excellent warranty.  We have utilized the warranty and many things have gone wrong, hence the four stars and not 5.  However, Arctic Spas has fixed every problem and with the last major issue replaced the entire electrical panel and gave us an extended warrenty.  That is definately service.  The spas are made in Canada - hence the name Arctic- and are made for extremely cold weather.  The tubs are very well insulated.  The jets are huge and powerful and there is a beautiful light package.  We actually wish we had gotten the 10 person tub instead of the 6, because everytime we have people over, they want to go out to the tub.  We use it all year long.  The whole family loves this spa.
